1. Modification of These Terms of Use

The Services undergo continuous development, and we retain the right to amend or eliminate any portion of these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion, without prior notification. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Should these Terms change materially, we will post notice of modifications to these Terms as an email, and/or notice in the Terms.

Any modifications to these Terms take effect fourteen (14) days after being posted on the Site. If you do not agree to any modified terms, you must stop all use of the Services. Unless specified otherwise, any new content, services, or features incorporated into the Services is bound by these Terms upon its posting the Website.

Meatzy's collection, use, and transfer of personal information is in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy at getmeatzy.com/privacy.

3. Communications

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you may receive from Meatzy email communications to the email address you provide or listed in your account, including for marketing purposes. We may also send you promotional communications via email, including, but not limited to, newsletters, special offers, surveys and other news and information we think will be of interest to you.

You may opt out of receiving these promotional emails at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in each email. However, we will continue to send you service-related messages.

4. Account Registration and Security

In order to access and order Products, you will need to register for a Meatzy account ("Meatzy User Account"). By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete account information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches

Meatzy explicitly disclaims liability for any losses or damages incurred due to your non-compliance with these Terms.

5. Proprietary Rights and Licenses

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including by not limited to software, text, displays, graphics, images, and other materials generated by or within the Site (collectively, "Content") are the sole property of Meatzy, its affiliates or other licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

The trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") used in the Site are owned by Meatzy or its providers or licensors. You must not use any Marks without the prior written consent of Meatzy or the owner of the Marks.

6. Restrictions

By accessing or using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in breach of these Terms
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Site without our permission
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Gain unauthorized access to any computer system
• Engage in conduct that would constitute a criminal or civil offense
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content

7. Online Store Terms

Placing an Order

To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. When you place an order, you are making an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected. Meatzy may accept or reject your order at our discretion. Orders submitted by you are binding on you and cannot be cancelled after order submission.

If Meatzy accepts your order, we will issue you an order confirmation by email. Notwithstanding any terms herein, Meatzy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any portion or all of an order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability issues.

Subscription

Meatzy offers various subscription plans for the recurring delivery of our Products. When you purchase a monthly subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to the next billing date. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Settings, select Subscription or Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, you can email support@getmeatzy.com.

Pausing

Meatzy may offer the option for users to pause their Subscription temporarily. A Subscription Pause temporarily suspends recurring deliveries and automatic renewals but does not permanently cancel the Subscription. A Subscription may be reactivated at any time through your account settings.

8. Referral Program

We may offer a referral program that is available to all users subject to the terms and conditions of the Meatzy Referral Program Agreement, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Payment and Delivery

Payment

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge all amounts you incur. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Delivery

Any delivery dates are estimates only. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You are responsible for inspecting all Products upon delivery for any damage or issues.

Damaged Products

If you receive damaged products, please email support@getmeatzy.com or call 1-888-301-6328 within seven (7) days of receipt with a description and photos. We will review and offer an appropriate resolution.

10. Product Recalls

In the event of a product recall, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information to affected customers. We are not the producer of the Products and do not independently initiate recalls. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is current to receive notifications.

11. User Submissions

Any information or materials you transmit to the Services shall be referred to as "Submissions." If you transmit Submissions to Meatzy, you grant Meatzy a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Submissions.
