For holiday deliveries, we recommend ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival. All orders ship frozen and can be stored for 6-12 months.
What If I'm Not Home?
No worries! Our packaging is designed to keep your blast-frozen order safe even if you're not home when it arrives.

The insulated box and dry ice keep your blast-frozen contents frozen solid for up to 72 hours in transit, providing plenty of buffer time.
âś“ Transfer to Freezer ASAP
Make sure to transfer all products to your freezer as soon as you get home. Even if some dry ice has sublimated, products should still be frozen or very cold.

If your products arrive thawed or above refrigerator temperature (40°F), please contact us immediately. Do not consume thawed products that have been above safe temperatures.

Thawing Guidelines
Recommended Methods:
- Refrigerator Thawing: Transfer to refrigerator 24-48 hours before cooking (safest method)
- Cold Water Thawing: Submerge sealed package in cold water, changing water every 30 minutes
- Cook from Frozen: Many cuts can be cooked directly from frozen (adjust cooking time)
Note: Never thaw meat at room temperature or in hot water.

All orders are shipped using our standard frozen shipping method, which includes dry ice and insulated packaging. We don't currently offer overnight shipping, but our standard method ensures products arrive frozen within 2-5 business days.
