We ship to the continental United States only (48 contiguous states). Not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.
Delivery Timeline
MEATZY orders are delivered within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We ship twice per week — on Mondays and Wednesdays. Your order will ship on the next available ship day after your purchase using 2-day cold-chain shipping to ensure product quality and safety.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Examples

🎄 Holiday Orders
For holiday deliveries, we recommend ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure timely arrival. All orders ship frozen and can be stored for 6-12 months.
What If I'm Not Home?
No worries! Our packaging is designed to keep your blast-frozen order safe even if you're not home when it arrives.

Your box can safely sit outside for several hours after delivery thanks to our insulated packaging and dry ice keeping your blast-frozen products solid.
✓ 72-Hour Protection
The insulated box and dry ice keep your blast-frozen contents frozen solid for up to 72 hours in transit, providing plenty of buffer time.
✓ Transfer to Freezer ASAP
Make sure to transfer all products to your freezer as soon as you get home. Even if some dry ice has sublimated, products should still be frozen or very cold.
⚠️ Important
If your products arrive thawed or above refrigerator temperature (40°F), please contact us immediately. Do not consume thawed products that have been above safe temperatures.

Thawing Guidelines
Recommended Methods:
- Refrigerator Thawing: Transfer to refrigerator 24-48 hours before cooking (safest method)
- Cold Water Thawing: Submerge sealed package in cold water, changing water every 30 minutes
- Cook from Frozen: Many cuts can be cooked directly from frozen (adjust cooking time)
Note: Never thaw meat at room temperature or in hot water.
