You are charged at the time your order processes. First Order: You're charged immediately when you complete checkout. Subscription Orders: You're automatically charged on your selected renewal date (based on the delivery frequency you chose e.g., every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). Your box then ships shortly after your payment is successfully processed.

All meat is individually vacuum sealed in cryovac packaging and shipped frozen in insulated boxes packed with dry ice. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
All MEATZY beef is sourced from trusted producers in the U.S. Midwest. Our beef is grass-fed for the majority of the animal's life, and grain-finished for optimal marbling, tenderness, and flavor. Always 100% hormone and antibiotic-free, U.S.-raised and processed, USDA graded Choice and above, and sourced under strict quality and animal welfare standards.
This is completely normal. Dry ice is designed to evaporate (sublimate) during transit. In fact, if dry ice remained fully intact upon delivery, it would typically mean we included more than necessary. At MEATZY, we carefully calculate the amount of dry ice used in every shipment based on: • Order weight • Box size • Transit time • Weather conditions at both origin and destination • Historical carrier performance As a result, it is common for some shipments to arrive with very little or even no visible dry ice remaining. The condition of the product — not the amount of dry ice remaining — is what matters. If your meat is still frozen, partially frozen, refrigerator-cold, or cool to the touch upon arrival, it is generally safe to place in your freezer immediately.
Our products are shipped frozen and are packed to remain safe throughout normal transit. It is not unusual for some products to arrive partially thawed, soft, or refrigerator-cold, especially during warmer months. ✅ Safe Conditions If the product is: • Cold to the touch • Refrigerator-cold (40°F / 4°C or below) • Partially thawed but still cool • Contains ice crystals or partially frozen areas You may safely place the product in your freezer or cook it within the next few days. ⚠️ When to Contact Us Please contact us if: • Products arrive warm to the touch • Packaging is severely damaged • There are signs of spoilage • You believe the product may be unsafe To submit a claim, email support@getmeatzy.com within 48 hours of delivery and include: • Your order number • Clear photos of the affected products • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials Claims without photographs cannot be reviewed. 🛡️ Our Commitment If we determine that your products arrived compromised due to shipping or fulfillment issues, we will review the situation and may provide a replacement shipment or other resolution at our discretion.
