Meatzy Referral Program
Agreement
Terms and conditions governing participation in the Meatzy Affiliate Program
1. Referral Program Agreement
This Meatzy Referral Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Meatzy referral program ("Program") operated by Meatzy LLC ("Meatzy," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to comply with the terms outlined here. The Program enables Participants to refer new customers to Meatzy and earn commissions on qualifying purchases.
The "Participant," "you," or "your" in this Agreement means the individual person who registered in this Program. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Meatzy LLC.
Meatzy conducts and is responsible for all Referral tracking, transaction recording, and Commission calculations.
Meatzy is Meatzy LLC, a limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Florida and with a registered office at 1968 S Congress Ave Ste #2048, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
Meatzy may amend the Agreement or any term, terminology, and/or section or clause(s) at any time to the greatest extent allowed under the law, including, but not limited to, updating the commission rates and structure, updating the Program design and workflow, and/or Program eligibility requirements, either with or without notice to you. Please periodically review this Agreement and the Program for the most current information.
The Program is a marketing incentive reward and all bonuses, payments, and payouts of commission shall be treated as such at all times and in all instances.
2. Referral Forms
Unique Referral Link: Each referral and referral event(s) are uniquely tied to the Meatzy profile of the Participant.
Referral Purchase Requirement: A referral must make their first purchase using the Participant's unique link and/or Participant's unique referral code. Initial purchases made using the Participant's unique referral link are required to generate commissions.
Reward Attribution: Participants who have their unique referral link used by other customers will receive credit for a Referral.
Referral Link or Referral Code: A referral attribution can only originate through a Referral Link and/or Referral Code provided by Meatzy. In the event a Participant cannot produce verified documentation which includes the Referral Link or Referral Code utilized by a customer, then no commission or reward shall be allowed or entitled to the Participant.
Referral Link Requirements: Referral Links and Referral Codes assigned by Meatzy shall include the Participant ID within them. Referral Codes are tracked by Meatzy's system and are linked to Meatzy customer accounts for commission processing and Commission attribution. Referral Codes cannot be modified by Participants after initial setup without Meatzy approval. Any attempt to manipulate attribution or circumvent tracking may result in immediate disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
3. Eligibility
Participation in the Program is only open to individual consumers who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract;
- Reside within the United States; and
- Maintain an Active Subscription or Paused Subscription.
The Program is void where prohibited by law. Meatzy employees, agents, or contractors may only participate where authorized in writing by Meatzy.
4. Referral Process
Each Participant receives one or more unique Referral Links or Referral Codes. When a new customer uses the Participant's Referral Link or Referral Code to make a Qualifying Purchase, the referring Participant becomes eligible for a Commission as described below.
Once a new customer uses a Participant's Referral Link or Referral Code to create an account, subscribe, or make a purchase, the new customer becomes linked to the referring Participant for all purposes of the Program. All future purchases and subsequent Referrals made by the referred customer (and its downstream Referrals) are attributed along the same Referral line to the extent of each one's respective Referral Tree. Merely clicking on or viewing a Referral Link without completing a purchase or sign-up does not establish Referral linkage.
All determinations of Referral linkage and attribution are made by Meatzy in its sole discretion based on its own records. Meatzy conducts and is responsible for all Referral tracking, transaction recording, and Commission calculations. Referral linkage cannot be modified, transferred, or assigned, and no subsequent use of any other Referral Link or Referral Code will override or alter an existing Referral linkage.
5. Commission Structure
ELIGIBILITY
All Participants are eligible to earn Commissions on Qualifying Purchases in their Referral Tree regardless of whether they maintain an Active Subscription, have a Paused Subscription, or do not currently subscribe.
Commissions on Qualifying Purchases:
An eligible Participant earns a Commission on the net purchase price (after discounts and excluding taxes and other fees) of all Qualifying Purchases made by customers in the Participant's Referral Tree, which is structured as follows, with the original referring Participant as the "Original Participant":
Referral Tree Structure:
- Tier 1: referred directly by Original Participant
- Tier 2: referred by Tier 1
- Tier 3: referred by Tier 2
- Tier 4: referred by Tier 3
No Commissions accrue to the Original Participant after Tier 4.
An eligible Participant earns Commissions on Qualifying Purchases: (a) for direct Referrals (to Tier 1), in an amount equal to 13%; and (b) for downstream accrued Commissions for Qualifying Purchases made by subsequent Referrals within Participant's own Referral Tree (i.e., limited to the four (4) referral tiers), in an amount equal to 2% for Referrals from Tier 1 to Tier 2, 1% for Referrals from Tier 2 to Tier 3, and 1% for Referrals from Tier 3 to Tier 4.
| Earning Participant | Purchaser | Commission Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Subscriber A | Subscriber B | 13% (Tier 1) |
| Subscriber A | Subscriber C | 2% (Tier 2) |
| Subscriber A | Subscriber D | 1% (Tier 3) |
| Subscriber A | Subscriber E | 1% (Tier 4) |
| Subscriber B | Subscriber C | 13% (Tier 1) |
| Subscriber C | Subscriber E | 2% (Tier 2) |
| Subscriber C | Subscriber G | 1% (Tier 4) |
The table assumes the following order of Referrals: A → B → C → D → E → F → G
🎉 Meatzy Founders Promotion - First 500
For a limited time and subject to availability, the first five hundred (500) Participants to join the Program during October 15, 2025 – November 15, 2025 will be entitled to an increased rate of 15% for Commissions on Tier 1 referrals.
Except for the increased Commission rate set forth in this section, all terms of the Agreement apply.
6. Commission Accrual and Payment
Commissions are made available in a Participant's Meatzy account upon accrual. Participants can withdraw earned Commissions once available in their Meatzy account by using PayPal.
Provided the referring Participant is eligible to receive Commission, accrual occurs once an underlying Qualifying Purchase has been made.
Meatzy may delay, withhold, offset, or adjust Commission accruals to prevent fraud or correct errors. Meatzy is entitled to recover excess accruals allocated to a Participant's Meatzy account by offsetting any future amounts accrued.
⚠️ Important Payment Information
- Each Participant is solely responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, and current PayPal account details.
- Meatzy shall have no liability for withdrawals of Commissions that fail or are rejected due to inaccurate or incomplete PayPal account information.
- Any fees associated with any PayPal transaction are borne by Participant.
- The Participant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
- Meatzy may require Participants to complete documentation including, but not limited to, IRS forms related to taxable income in connection with the payment of any Commissions.
- Meatzy may require identity or tax verification before payments are remitted as may be deemed necessary by Meatzy in its sole discretion to comply with any applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements.
- Participants agree to comply fully with any identity verification requirements.
Any dispute regarding the amount of a Commission accrual as reflected in the Participant's Meatzy account must be raised in writing by the Participant within sixty (60) days of such amount appearing in the Participant's Meatzy account; thereafter, it is deemed final and accepted.
8. Termination
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting Meatzy and requesting to opt-out of the Program. If you withdraw before your accumulated commissions reach the minimum threshold for payout, you will forfeit any unpaid commission balances, and no payment will be made for any commission amounts that would have otherwise become due to you.
Meatzy may suspend your account, remove your access to the Program, and/or revoke your Participant status at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violations of the Agreement terms, including failure to follow the Code of Conduct, engaging in fraud, engaging in deceptive marketing practices, or violating promotional guidelines.
- Failure to comply with applicable law or Meatzy Policies.
- Intentional manipulation of the Program for personal gain beyond what it permits.
If Participant terminates this Agreement or if we terminate Participant for any breach and/or violation of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, Participant forfeits any unpaid commissions. Termination does not relieve Participant of any obligations under applicable law, including but not limited to privacy compliance or tax obligations for compensation received.
The termination provision will survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement, provided that they are required to be preserved or followed after the Agreement term pursuant to their express terms and language or applicable federal and state law.
9. Participant Conduct
By participating in the Program, Participants agree to abide by the following code of conduct:
- NOT Spamming: Do not send unsolicited bulk emails or unsolicited messages.
- NOT Using misleading or deceptive marketing: Do not misrepresent Meatzy, its products, its Program, or its services in any of your promotional materials.
- NOT Creating fake accounts or self-referrals: Do not create multiple Participant accounts or attempt to refer yourself to Meatzy in any capacity.
- Compliance with applicable laws: You must follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to endorsements and affiliate marketing.
- Misrepresentation of your relationship with Meatzy or Meatzy as your brand: You may not present yourself as a Meatzy employee, authorized agent, partner, or joint venture, and you may not make statements that imply any relationship with Meatzy that does not exist.
- Use Meatzy's Intellectual Property only as authorized by this Agreement: Meatzy's logos and registered trademarks may be used for promotional efforts only when expressly authorized and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in information you provide to Meatzy, OSI, and our Partners: You must maintain accurate information in your Meatzy account and in your OSI Post Affiliate Pro Dashboard account.
- Engage in a respectful and fair manner with the Agreement: Meatzy delivers what will be applicable and will not accept misuse of its services.
Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may lead to immediate suspension or termination of Participant's participation in the Program and forfeiture of unpaid referral commissions, in our sole discretion without notice.
Meatzy reserves discretion to update and publish its standards and policies in terms of its standards and policies at meatzy.com/referral-terms and its update(s) to this Agreement will be in effect immediately for ongoing Participants.
7. Disclosure Requirements
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the FTC Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Required Disclosure
Each public posting of any Referral Link or Referral Code must include a clear disclosure such as the following, in addition to anything else required by law or regulation:
"I may receive a commission from Meatzy if you make a purchase through my link or using my code."
10. Privacy
Participation in the Program may require you and customers you refer to submit personal information, which will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Meatzy's Privacy Policy.
11. General
The Related Policies (including the Meatzy Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) apply to the Program, this Agreement, Referrals, and Commissions. Any disputes in connection with any of the foregoing will be resolved in accordance with the Meatzy Terms of Use.
Referral Links and Referral Codes are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. All Commissions accrued are personal to the referring Participant, and the Participant's account and Subscription are not transferrable to any other person.
The Program is made available by Meatzy at its sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time.
The relationship between any Participant and Meatzy is that of independent contractors. Nothing herein establishes employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise status, and Participants have no authority to bind or act on behalf of Meatzy.
