At Meatzy, we are committed to delivering the highest quality premium meats to your door. We stand behind every product we ship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to shipping issues
- You receive incorrect items in your box
- Products do not meet our quality standards upon arrival
- Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery window
How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Replacement boxes will be shipped at no additional cost within 2-3 business days
- You may choose between a refund or replacement based on your preference
Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Failure to refrigerate products upon delivery
- Products stored improperly after delivery
- Refund requests made more than 48 hours after delivery
- Subscription cancellations after the box has shipped
Subscription Refunds
For multi-month subscriptions (6-month and 12-month plans), refunds are only available for unshipped boxes. Once a box has been shipped, standard refund policies apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but already-shipped boxes are non-refundable unless they meet the quality issues outlined above.
